This is an easy tutorial..use it for higher Beginners or Intermediate.
This was made in Paint Shop Pro version 7..can be made in other versions with a few adjustments.
Open the Zip file and save where you can find them..Open them in PSP and minimize them until you need them.
STEP 1
Go to File.New ..362x356 transparent. image see screenshot
STEP 2
Go to Selections..select all..you will have ants running around inside your image..
On your Styles..open Texture find the bg ..Scale 190..Angle 0...click okay and flood fill working image.,,Go to Selections...select none.
STEP 3
New Layer
Center Tile
With the Selection Tool..Rectangle...Feather 0..... up toward the upper left hand corner find the first number shown in Screenshot
Pull to the right all the while watching the bottom left hand corner where these numbers are..when the second numbers are the same as shown..pull down until last numbers matches..
Okay.you did it..wasn't that hard now..was it ?
Do Not Diselect
STEP 4
Go to Styles click on it and find the Center tile..okay.....Scale 190..Angle 0...flood fill with this color. Selections..Select None
Close out the background tile.
..go back to Effects and reverse numbers ..Vertical..1
Horizontal ...2. Remove the minus. OK
In Layers..Opaque this layer to 79..see screenshot below
STEP 5
Go to Effects...Drop Shadow..color black..add the numbers shown in screenshot. Okay..
2007 Autumn
STEP 6...
Name Corner
Open the Corner image..go to Edit..Copy..make working image active and Edit paste as Transparent... ..with the mover..move this layer to the upper left corner of the Center tile...on the layers..opaque this layer..see screenshot above...Go to Image and resize..see screenshot below..
Open the Autumn picture..Edit..copy..make working image active by clicking on it ..Edit..paste as transparent Image
Place where you want it..transparent..Place where you wish it to be..I put mine where the pumpkins blends in with the bottom center tile . Go to Effects ..Sharpen.
Open the Brad image..Edit..Copy..click on working image to make active...Edit..paste as transparent..see below for first placement...Layers...duplicate... and move down ...duplicate and move down..Sharpen after each duplication
Open Nail Head..Edit..Copy...click working image to make it active..Edit..paste as transparent..follow the direction above and place each head on the brad.....Sharpen after each duplication.....Almost through.(smile)
You can use the text in the Zip or make your own..If making your own..Pick a color and font you like make the first letter and hit enter.. etc put a drop shadow in.
If using mine..Copy and paste and put on right side of graphic.
Open Frame..with Magic Wand click inside...you will have running ants inside...Go to Selections/Modify/Expand 4..click on working Image ..Edit..Copy..Go back to Frame..make it active ....Paste into selection.
You have finished. Image..resize 350x257...all layers...Sharpen...Save as jpeg
