This was created in Paint Shop pro 7..can be done in other versions with a bit of tweeking.

You will use MuRa's Prespective Filter..Inner Bevel...Border...Eraser...Selection Tool...Retouch Tool...Deform Tool... layers Opacity
Eye Candy 3....Should be in your filters.

Left click on mmPers Tile and save in your PSP Filter folder
Left click on Images and save in a folder where you can find the them.
Now let us begin the lesson
Go to File..New..400x400 Transparent

# 1....Go to Selection..Selec Alli
#2  Open your City Lights graphic ..Click on it to make active...Go to Edit...Copy...click on the transparent working image..Edit..Paste Into Selection.
If  you have any transparent part showing ...use the Deform tool ..pull to cover all transparent parts. Go to Edit ..Sharpen
Diselect
Find and open all the graphics you downloaded for this lesson onto your desk top.
Minimize all
#3  Open your Moon graphic ..Click on it to make  active
Edit..Copy...click working image..paste as New Layer
Re-name Moon....Using the Eraser..size 33..erase some of the black from around the moon so it will look like it belongs in the picture...When you have it the way you like...
#4  Go to Retouch tool... Smudge Screenshot below.
Smudge the edges smooth..see my graphic...move the moon to the upper right hand corner.Duplicate this layer..Go to Image ...Flip..Name this layer Moon 2

#4 New Layer..Sidewalk
Preset Tool...Rectangle....starting on the lower left hand corner of working image ..draw out to the other side and down....while this layer is active

#5 set the Forground in color styles.. to Pattern..use a brick that you wish ..sized around 90...or what ever size looks good to you...flood fill the rectangle..De-diselect.

#6     Go to Effects..Filters...find the MuRa's Meisters Filter Perspective Tiling...use numbers shown in screenshot below.....

Using the Deformation tool..grab the top and pull down until you can see a bit of the moon on the water.See screenshot below..Make it long enough for her to sit on....Double click mouse.

New Layer..Eyes
Make Eyes active...Edit ..Copy..make working graphic active..Edit..Paste as transparent.
(now here you can make the eyes smaller by using the Deformation tool)
Still on the same layer..Effects..Plugins...Eye Candy 3..Glow
Opaque down ..see screeshot below
Eye Candy...GLOW

On color Palette have your background color White..Foreground..#e4cb71
Go to IMAGE...Border..Size 4 ...click ok. while active using the Magic Wand click inside the white border...
flood fill with foreground color.Effects.. Inner Bevel
Click ok.

On color Palette have your background color White..Foreground..#Color...bd673d
Go to IMAGE...Border..Size  10...click ok. while active using the Magic Wand click inside the white border...
flood fill with foreground color.Effects.. Inner Bevel
Same as above...Click ok.

On color Palette have your background color White..Foreground..#Color...Black
Go to IMAGE...Border..Size  15...click ok. while active using the Magic Wand click inside the white border...
